New Clients are contacted in wait-list order when a new opening becomes available. Joining the waiting list is required to be considered.
Expedited service that starts immediately – This is offered selectively and is currently fully booked.
I can sometimes start you right away for an extra fee of $3,000.
This expedited service doesn’t mean I skip any steps of the process; it just means I work overtime to get it done.

How do I lock in my spot?
Once you are off the wait list, we’ll have a discovery call where I will listen to your needs and talk you through my process.
I will then send you a quote based on your market conditions.
If we’re a “fit,” I’ll send you a contract and deposit link. Clients are started only after they sign the contract and make their deposit.
