$9,900 (plus the cost of the Indeed.com ad – no markup). This covers 45 days of process management, ad strategy, applicant review, candidate screening, assessments, interviews, candidate write-ups, and hiring guidance during the 45-day engagement period.

I am not a recruiter. I am a former CertaPro franchisee with 21 years of experience hiring, training, managing, and yes, mis-hiring staff myself.

You are hiring me like any other consultant: to bring experienced judgment, a structured process, and real-world hiring perspective to one of the hardest parts of running a franchise.

During the 45-day engagement, I help define the role, write and manage the job ad, screen applicants, interview candidates, review assessments, and advise you on who I think is worth considering.

Candidate quality depends on the market, the role, the compensation, and the timing. I help you run a disciplined process, identify candidates worth serious consideration, and provide clear guidance when the market is not responding.

How many candidates will you bring?

Candidate volume varies by role, market, compensation, benefits, and timing. In the past year, most clients had 2-4 candidates worth serious consideration from an applicant pool of 70-100 Indeed applicants.


My job is to save you time. Think of me as a business partner from a “big shop” who has hired over 75 staff members and understands how to spot solid candidates.

I only bring candidates I believe are worth your serious consideration, based on the role, the market, the assessment data, and my real-world operating experience.

Do you headhunt candidates who aren’t actively looking?

I work as a business advisor, not a traditional headhunter. You are hiring me for my experience, structured screening, market feedback, and practical guidance.

If your role requires sourcing passive candidates who are not job hunting, you will want to work with a traditional headhunting firm that specializes in reaching out to prospects, convincing them to leave their jobs, and typically charges 20-30% of the employee’s salary.
