If you secure your own hire before I run your ad, I will refund your deposit and move to the next person on my waiting list.
Have you sourced a candidate on your own, but need an experienced second-opinion? For $495 I can do a candidate advisory review.
Pricing:
For 85% of my searches the fee is $8,900 per candidate (plus the cost of the Indeed.com ad). But sometimes the realities of your job market add much more time, and therefore I charge a higher fee. Understand more here.
- Important: I do not conduct outbound headhunting for candidates who are not currently seeking a job. Traditional headhunters typically charge a percentage of a candidate’s first-year salary for these types of services; my model is different, focusing on high-quality applicants already in the market and reachable through job sites like Indeed.com.
Need to save money? Run your own ad and source a candidate on your own. For $495 I will do a candidate advisory review within 5 days.
How long will the search take?
In 2025, the average search took 7 weeks from the time we placed the Indeed Ad to the day the offer was made to the candidate. In two cases, it took 12 weeks, and in a few cases, it took less than 5 weeks. Some of this is just plain luck, but often it’s a reflection of the realities of your job market.
How many résumés will be reviewed?
In 2025, the average search required reviewing 117 résumés. A good rule of thumb is that we there will be 2 “viable” candidates for every 100 applicants.

Characteristics of the 2025 hires.
“I’ve walked in your shoes for 21 years, so I understand the staff you need.”
- After 21 years as a CertaPro owner, I deliver value immediately.
- I understand the “gut punch” small business owners feel when a staff member leaves.
- My focus is on finding the right candidate for your team — someone who will love their job and stay long-term.
- We will keep looking until we find someone who “fits.” If we have to keep starting over, we will.
- I never coach a candidate on how to act, dress, or what to say when they interview with you. We want to see the “real” them.
- Having worked in every role within my CertaPro franchise, I understand firsthand the duties and the right fit for each position.
- I’m fast, and you won’t have to hold my hand.
- I only bring “hell yes” candidates with the traits that fit the role and your culture.
