Candidate Advisory Reviews are designed for owners and managers who have sourced a candidate on their own and want an experience-based second opinion before making an offer.
This is a focused, review in which I assess role fit, background, skills and assessment data through a real-world operating lens.
The flat fee for this review is $495 per candidate.

My expertise comes from 21 years as a former CertaPro Painters franchise owner, during which I hired, managed, and worked alongside every role I now advise on.
I’m not a Caliper-certified psychologist so I use assessment data as one input, alongside hands-on operating experience, to identify patterns, strengths, and potential friction points that tend to matter once someone is actually in the seat.
This service is advisory in nature and intended to help reduce hiring risk and support confident decision-making.

- You’ll receive a directional recommendation — including where the candidate is likely to thrive and where added structure or support may be needed — along with written feedback you can reference post-hire.
